About the internship
Paytm is hiring a Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern in Noida who will support the recruitment team with technology hiring. The internship lasts 3 months, with five working days a week from the office. Paytm listed it on 9 September 2026.
This is a different role from Paytm's non-tech recruitment internship in Gurugram / Noida on our site. This one focuses on hiring for tech roles.
What you will do
- Find and screen candidates for tech roles through LinkedIn, Naukri and other platforms
- Pick relevant profiles from technical requirements and job descriptions
- Make first contact and run HR screening calls
- Schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters and hiring managers
- Support tech hiring drives, including weekend drives when needed
- Keep trackers, candidate databases and hiring reports up to date
- Help with job postings, offer paperwork and candidate follow-ups, and with employer-branding activities
Skills they look for
- Strong communication and people skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate screening
- Ability to understand basic technical job requirements
- Good coordination, organisation and attention to detail
- Comfort with MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri and other sourcing platforms is an advantage
