About the internship
Paytm is hiring a Talent Acquisition Intern for non-tech recruitment. You will support the HR recruitment team as it hires for business, sales, operations and corporate functions. The internship is on-site and the listing names Gurugram (Haryana) and Noida (Uttar Pradesh) as the locations.
What you will do
- Sourcing: find qualified candidates through job boards, social channels, campus databases and Paytm's internal platforms
- Screening: screen resumes and run phone conversations with candidates
- Interview coordination: schedule interviews, keep candidates informed and manage the logistics
- Pipeline upkeep: keep candidate data current in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and internal trackers
- Research: do basic market mapping and talent research for specialised non-tech profiles
- Smarter hiring: use sourcing tools, AI prompts and automated messages to speed up recruitment
