Amantra AI/ML Developer – Indore (On-site), 2–4 Years Experience

About the role

Amantra is an AI-driven technology company that builds intelligent enterprise solutions using Agentic AI, automation and related technologies. It is hiring a mid-level AI/ML Developer for a full-time, on-site job in Indore. The role sits in the Engineering team.

What you will do

• Develop, test and implement machine learning models for business and product use cases
• Build AI-powered applications using Python, machine learning libraries and AI frameworks
• Work with large language models, prompt engineering, embeddings and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Help build AI agents and intelligent workflows with tools such as LangChain, LangGraph or LlamaIndex
• Prepare data, engineer features, train, validate and evaluate models
• Connect models to applications through REST APIs and backend services
• Work with vector databases and document retrieval, and improve model accuracy, reliability and speed
• Write clean, documented code and join code reviews, testing and debugging

What you need

• 2–4 years of hands-on AI/ML development experience
• Strong Python, with NumPy, Pandas and Scikit-learn
• A good grasp of ML algorithms, training, validation and evaluation
• Practical exposure to generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering and AI-powered applications
• Familiarity with RAG pipelines, embeddings and vector databases
• At least one deep learning framework such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience building or using REST APIs, plus Git and debugging skills

Preferred: Agentic AI projects, cloud (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud), Docker and CI/CD, vector stores such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate or Chroma, and model monitoring.
