Volvo Group Graduate Apprentice Trainee – Recruiter (People & Culture), Bengaluru

About the role

Volvo Group's Trucks Technology & Industrial business in Bengaluru is looking for a Graduate Apprentice Trainee in Recruitment for its People & Culture (HR) team. It is a one-year, on-the-job training placement under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS), which runs under the Apprentices Act, 1961. It is an apprenticeship, not a regular full-time job.

What you will do

• Learn recruitment basics: understand what a role needs and find candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and referrals
• Screen resumes, make first-round calls to candidates and help schedule interviews
• Support talent-acquisition projects, keep trackers and records up to date, and share regular hiring progress updates
