About the role

Sutherland is a digital transformation and customer experience company. It is hiring Campus Associates (FY'26) as customer support consultants. You help customers by email, chat or social media, using the right process to resolve their questions and concerns. The job is full time.

What you will do

• Resolve customer requests and questions that come by email, chat or social media
• Meet the contact-centre targets and service levels set for your program
• Follow non-disclosure and data security rules
• Complete the upskilling and e-courses required by your program
• Attend coaching sessions and apply the feedback
• Keep 100% schedule adherence, with no unplanned absence

Who can apply

• Any full-time UG or PG graduate (Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Pharma, MBA or MCA)
• 2026 pass-outs can apply
• Excellent spoken and written English, with good analytical and typing skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights
• You must live within 25 km of the office

Locations and work conditions

• Locations: Mumbai, Hyderabad, Cochin, Chennai or Bhopal
• Timings: 8 hours plus a 1-hour break, 5 or 6 days a week
• Perks: cab facility within 25 km of the office
